MARION — The Sippican School sixth grade mountain field trip is set to return in 2022, and the sixth grade class is kicking off fundraising for the trip with a car wash on Sept. 18.

Mountain classroom is a three-day trip in New Hampshire mountains where students spend time outdoors, learn and explore.

On Sept. 18, the sixth grade class will host a car wash fundraiser at the Sippican School bus loop from 9 a.m. to noon. A rain date is scheduled for Sept. 25.

Car washes will be $5 each.
