MATTAPOISETT — Author “East End” Eddie Doherty’s book “Seven Miles After Sundown” has been selected as an Award-Winning Finalist in the Sports Category of the 2019 International Book Awards.

The judging pannel reviewed over 2,000 books, and Doherty’s book beat out 80 percent of those considered.

Amazon also announced that the book was the #1 New Release in its Fishing category.
