The Town of Mattapoisett has mailed out 2016 census forms. Residents are asked to check that all household members are listed on the form, that their information is current and correct and the voter registration status as there will be important elections this year. Return the census forms to the town clerk's office as soon as possible.

On the back of the census is a form for dog licensing. Enclose a payment, a current rabies certificate and a self-addressed stamped envelope in order to have the dog license mailed to you. Dogs must be licensed on or before March 31. Anyone who did not receive a census form in the mail, should contact the town clerk's office at 508-758-4100 ext. 2.
