Annual Town Census
Census forms are requested as soon as possible. There is a dog license renewal form on the back of the census with directions. Any resident who did not receive a form or has a question can call the Town Clerk’s Office.

Mooring Inspections
Anyone with a mooring number of 500 or above needs to file a new or updated mooring inspection form with the Town Clerk’s Office before payment will be accepted for the 2014 season. Per the Harbormaster, the town will no longer accept “self-inspection” of moorings.

Inspectors who have been accepted as qualified by the Mattapoisett Harbormaster’s Office must do mooring inspections. The list will be available on the Harbormaster’s portion of the town website. The boat description must be completed before returning the form.
