MATTAPOISETT — In an email to residents on March 16, the Board of Selectmen announced that all town buildings will be closed to the public from March 17 until April 6 to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Staff will continue to work in the offices to assist residents remotely by phone or email. 

In the letter, the Board of Selectmen said that they want to “assure residents we will continue to make every effort to serve our community in the most expedient and efficient manner possible during this pandemic.”
