A wide variety of items, from the usual to a few antiques and paper collectibles, will be available for sale at the Quaker fundraiser on Saturday, Aug. 17.

The event is planned from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the church hall, 103 Marion Road. Proceeds will benefit the restoration of the interior of the 1827 Meeting House.

The church will utilize space inside the hall and outside, weather permitting. Several area vendors have also reserved space. The sale will be held rain or shine.

The church welcomes cash contributions in any amount to help fund this project. They may be sent to the meeting at P.O. Box 795, Mattapoisett, MA 02739.
