MATTAPOISETT — On Dec. 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Mattapoisett Lions Club will be hosting a canned goods and toy drive in the Bowlmor parking lot on Route 6 in Mattapoisett. 

Non-perishable canned food items and new, unwrapped toys will be accepted. Toys will be distributed by the Mattapoisett Fire Department and canned goods will be delivered to a local food pantry. 

Masks are required when dropping off goods.
