MARION — A program on how to make a sturdy felted fabric with soap, water and wool will take place from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 7 at Silvershell Beach in Marion.

The event will be led by Alanna Nelson and is part of the South Coast Spring Arts Celebration.
