MARION — Four candidates are running for one available three-year term on the Marion Select Board, as the impending annual town election approaches on Friday, May 16.
The open seat is left behind by Select Member Carleton Burr, Jr., who decided not to run for reelection.
Candidates sat down with reporter Grace Ann Natanawan to discuss pressing issues in Marion, their motivation to run and what they plan to accomplish if elected.
