MARION — Meet a local author with the Elizabeth Taber Library at the Marion Art Center.

Sara Shukla, author of debut novel “Pink Whales,” will be at the Marion Art Center on Thursday, June 27 at 6:30 p.m.

The book has been described as a “satisfying romp through a New England enclave that’s not nearly as idyllic as it seems,” according to an Elizabeth Taber Library press release.

Limited signed copies of “the latest summer rom-com that will be making a splash this beach season” will be available at the event, the release said.
