The Mattapoisett Lions Club is again sponsoring Movies in the Park at Shipyard Park on Mattapoisett Harbor. The movies are free to the public and begin at sunset. Snacks will be available for purchase with proceeds going to various Lions charities.

On Friday, Aug. 29 “The Lego Movie” will be shown courtesy of a donation from The Seaport Ice Cream Slip. Then on Friday, Sept. 26, the final movie of the summer, “Beetlejuice,” will be presented with the help of a donation from Hollywood Scoop. All are welcome to attend.
