MARION — The Marion Art Center’s ‘Unplugged in the MAC Gallery’ returns this fall with two new programs scheduled in the Patsy Francis upstairs gallery.

The first event is scheduled on Friday, Sept. 15, featuring jazz duo Donn Legge on guitar and Mike Lavoie on bass. The second program is scheduled on Friday, Nov. 17 and features Matt Richard on piano and Dave Zinno on bass. There will be two separate sets each night, and each set will last about 45 minutes. The first seating will begin at 7 p.m. and the second seating will begin at 8:15 p.m.

Find a spot at a cabaret table to listen to a mix of jazz standards and original compositions by both artists. Guests may bring their own beverages and snacks. Tickets for one set are $12 for Marion Art Center members and $15 for nonmembers. Capacity is limited to approximately 25 guests per set, and advance reservations are strongly recommended. Of note: guests must access the room via a staircase leading to the second floor. There is no elevator in the building.
