The Old Rochester Regional boys varsity basketball team finished their 2011-2012 season on Wednesday night with a 63-60 loss to the Dighton-Rehoboth Falcons in the first round of the Division 3 South Tournament.

The ninth seeded Bulldogs finished their regular season with 14-6, before advancing to the first round of the tournament on February 29 at the Dighton-Rehoboth High School.

The Bulldogs loss to the eighth seeded Falcons, who were also 14-6 this year, marks their first appearance in the tournament since the 2007-2008 season.

The Falcons will advance to the quarterfinals on Friday, March 2 to take on the number one seed, the Wareham High School Vikings.
