Old Rochester Community Television is offering a free public service announcement shoot for local organizations, groups and town departments.

The studios will be open Nov. 16, 17 and 18 to film a one to five minute PSA about your organization.

ORCTV will cover all of the technical aspects. Organization members just need to speak about their mission, goals, needs and/or events. A logo, photos, address, phone number and website address can be as graphics, and the ORCTV staff will help with scripting if needed and incorporate other graphics as desired.

The PSAs will play on the local cable channels and can be seen by thousands of tri-town residents. ORCTV channels are seen by anyone who has Comcast or Verizon cable.

Use this opportunity to raise awareness and let residents know about local groups.

Half hour slots are available 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 16 to 18. If you can’t make that date, call to schedule a makeup date. Call 508-758-2300 to reserve a slot.

All graphics and company information must be to ORCTV by Nov. 12.

Slots are first come, first served. Call for directions and with any other questions.

ORCTV is now located at Old Rochester Regional High School. The entrance is near the loading dock area on the front of the building and is accessible through the door with the number 43. Look for the ORCTV sign next to the entrance.
