MARION — Unleash your inner artist at the Marion Art Center’s “Abstract Acrylics: Boats and Stormy Seas” class.

Attendees will participate in a four-week painting class from Wednesday, May 14 through Wednesday, June 4 with instructor Elyse Laurelle where they will learn to work with acrylic paint and create their own boat and stormy sea paintings.

During class, participants will develop their paintings with layering and color exploration,participate in classroom discussions, learn new techniques, see examples from the instructor and receive constructive feedback.

The class costs $110 for Marion Art Center members and $125 for non-members.
