Pick of the produce: Farm stands offer garden goods
Sep 2, 2013
Labor Day may signal the end of summer, but local farmers say they'll have produce into October. In addition to the weekly Mattapoisett Farmer's Market, the tri-town area has a number of farm stands filled with freshly picked vegetables, no grocery store needed.
Below is a round-up of several local farm stands, from gardens small, medium, and large. If your favorite one isn't on the list, email a photo and the location to georgia@sippicanweek.com to have it added to the list!
