The Friends of Plumb Library will hold their annual book sale on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Rochester’s Fellowship Hall, 11 Constitution Way.  Sale highlights include: Friends Preview Sale, held Friday, Sept. 6, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Memberships can be sold or renewed at the door; the  Buck-a-Bag Sale will be held Saturday, Sept. 7, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Donations can be left at the library, located at 17 Constitution Way, during open hours, or can be picked up by calling the library at 508-763-8600. The library does not accept accept magazines (except for knitting, quilting, or cooking magazines), encyclopedias, text books, books in bad condition (torn, moldy, dirty), Readers Digest condensed books, or videos.
