The Friends of Plumb Library will hold their annual meeting on Monday, October 29 starting at 6 p.m. for the business portion of the meeting.

The program portion will start at 7 p.m. and will feature Mattapoisett resident Barbara Gaspar ("The Ghost Lady") telling ghost stories.

The meeting will take place at the Plumb Library, 17 Constitution Way, Rochester, and the public is invited. Refreshments will be served.
