Plumb Library will welcome Kara Andrews from "Art on the Spot" in Middleboro for a face-painting workshop on Saturday, January 28.

The event will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. This program is for children ages 10 and up and is free to the public courtesy of the Friends of Plumb Library.
