Pouring out support for the Elizabeth Taber Library

MARION — On Sunday, April 13, the Friends of the Elizabeth Taber Library is hosting its second annual afternoon tea fundraiser with featured performer Grace Morrison.
Morrison is a local singer-songwriter from Wareham who has devoted her life to making music and perfecting her unique style, which she calls “saltwater country.”
The event begins at 3 p.m. with an assortment of tea, sandwiches, scones and desserts.
Tickets cost $45 and can only be purchased with cash or check at the Elizabeth Taber Library at 8 Spring Street. Tickets go on sale on Monday, March 24 at 2 p.m. and will be available every day from 2 p.m. to closing until tickets are sold out.
All proceeds go to benefit the programming and other needs of the library.
The event will be held at the Marion Music Hall at 164 Front Street.
