MATTAPOISETT — Artists are sought to participate in the Mattapoisett Library’s first recycled materials art show, RE-ART. 

This show is hosted by the newly formed Mattapoisett Sustainability Partnership in an effort to draw attention to recycling, the waste stream, and keeping the community clean. 

The show will be held at the library Aug. 23 to 27, with a reception planned the afternoon of Aug. 27.

Interested artists are asked to register via the library’s calendar of events; the deadline to register is Sunday, July 31,
