It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Robert Huston Anderson on April 30, 2024, in Boston, MA. He was born on September 3, 1932, in Philadelphia, PA. He was a beloved husband to Debbie “Decker” Anderson of Piqua, OH, and a loving stepfather to Cliff and Megan Garnett of Mansfield, MA, and Ryan and Sarah Garnett of Medfield, MA. “Bob” was a consummate Grandfather to Gavin, Grace, Audrey, and Harrison.

Robert was an honored veteran of the US Army and an esteemed real estate professional from a young age, at which he excelled throughout his career. In his free time, Robert was a passionate sailor who loved to travel and experience the oceans of the Northeast.

Robert will be remembered for his kind and gentle nature, his love of life, and his generous heart. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Thank you to the Veterans Affairs staff for enhancing his quality of life in his final years.

In honor of his memory, the family will be hosting a celebration of life in the summer of 2024, details to follow.
