ROCHESTER — The First Congregational Church of Rochester (at 11 Constitution Way) will host a Roast Pork Dinner on Oct. 19 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. 

On this less-than-“boaring” night, diners will be able to pig out on roast pork, mashed potatoes, gravy, a mixed vegetable surprise, green beans, applesauce, rolls and apple or pumpkin pie for dessert. 

Seating is open and adults can make a hog of themselves for  $12, or buy tickets for kids 12 and under for $6. Purchase tickets before October 16 as they will not be sold at the door.
