Junior right-handed pitcher Bob Ross of Rochester of the Anna Maria College baseball team has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Pitcher of the Week for the week ending March 20, 2022 in an announcement by the conference on Tuesday.

Ross continued to paint the corners for Anna Maria this past week, posting a 1.50 ERA with seven strikeouts over six innings. The junior entered the game in relief for Anna Maria on Sunday, picking up his first career win over the Pilgrims, 3-2.

At press time, Ross was leading the team in ERA on the season with a mark of 2.02 over 13 1/3 innings.
