Rochester resident named Woman to Watch by Massachusetts Society of CPAs
ROCHESTER — Rochester resident Mitzi Keating was selected as a 2025 Woman to Watch Award by the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
The award recognizes professionals who have demonstrated outstanding contributions to their profession, communities or firms and the development of other women as leaders.
Keating is one of six women selected to receive a 2025 Women to Watch Award.
She is a partner at Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC and Citrin Cooperman & Company. Keating has built a distinguished career practicing public accounting, town finance and advisory services.
Keating is a founding member of her firm’s Women’s Leadership Group and the Cannabis Advisory Services practice.

A recognized industry expert, author and speaker, she is known for her leadership in cannabis accounting, fraud prevention and mentoring emerging professionals.
Keating received her bachelors of science in Accounting at UMass Dartmouth, and has continued to be involved with their programs.
She has previously served on the Lakeville Select Board and serves as the Lakeville representative on the Plymouth County Advisory Board.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Keating is deeply engaged in community service, education and local government, using her expertise to strengthen both her firm and her community.
