ROCHESTER — Ring in 2020 with friends at the Rochester Senior Center on Tuesday, Dec. 31 at noon.
There will be Chinese take-out and musical entertainment provided by Billy Couto & friends. A donation of $5 is requested and advance reservations are needed.
