Rochester Town Election April 10, 13 open seats
Nomination papers are available for Rochester residents interested in running for one of the 13 open seats on the 2013 Town Election ballot.
Nomination papers can be picked up at the Town Clerk's office during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The annual Town Election will be held on Wednesday, April 10. Polls will be at the Rochester Council on Aging on Dexter Lane.
The last day to return nomination papers to the Town Clerk's office is February 20 by 4:30 p.m. The last day to register to vote is March 21.
The open positions are as follows:
Board of Selectmen - one position, three years
- Bradford Morse, incumbent
Board of Assessors - one position, three years
- Diana Knapp, incumbent
Highway Surveyor - one position, three years
- Jeffrey Eldridge, incumbent
Constables - two positions, three years
- David Hughes, incumbent
- Leo Dalbec, incumbent
Board of Health - one position, three years
- Glenn Lawrence, incumbent
Cemetery Commission - one position, three years
- Leo Dalbec, incumbent
Park Commission - one position, three years
- Chris Faustino - incumbent
Rochester Memorial School Committee - one position, three years
- Sharon Hartley, incumbent
Old Rochester Regional School Committee - one position, three years
