Rochester Women’s Club to meet for first time in over a year

Oct 25, 2021

ROCHESTER — It has been over a year and a half since the Rochester Women's Club has had a meeting with its members. But the group is reconvening on Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. for a meet and greet.

During the time off, the club’s board has continued to meet, discussing issues including repairs on the club building, donating to local non-profit groups in Rochester and helping to support Trent Crook with his Eagle Scout project. The club also continued its involvement with the Cub Scouts and gave out scholarships to Rochester seniors.

Attendees at the Nov. 3 meeting are encouraged to wear their favorite hat and bring a snack to share. The Women’s Club is open to all women and its meetings are informal. Members need not reside in Rochester to attend or join.
