MATTAPOISETT — The Old Rochester Regional High School Drama Club will present “Elf The Musical” with special Santa Matinees on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

After each Santa matinee, The Real Santa will be available for meet & greet and photos. 

Tickets are sold at the door but often sell out, so Drama Club organizers recommend advance purchase or reservations. Ticket vendors include the Pen & Pendulum in Mattapoisett, the Marion General Store and Friends Marketplace at Plumb Corner in Rochester. Tickers are $15 for the general public and $12 for students and senior citizens.

Elf the Musical is based on the book by Thomas Meehan and Bob Martin. Its music is by Matthew Skylar, and lyrics are by Chad Beguelin. The musical is based on the New Line Cinema film written by Berenbaum. “Elf The Musical” is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
