The Sippican Lands Trust is hosting a super spooky, extra scary Halloween event for kids 8 years and older on Friday, Oct. 30 at 5 p.m. Scary storyteller David Mello will tell tales as the group walks through Aucoot Woods, property managed together by the Sippican Lands Trust and the Marion Open Space Acquisition Committee.

The event begins at the White Eagle Property. Take Parlowtown Road, located off of Route 6. Parking instruction will be provided. Carpooling is appreciated. Make sure to wear proper footwear and warm clothing for trail walking in the evening. A small flashlight is suggested.

In case of inclement weather, the rain date is Sunday, Nov. 1 at 5 p.m.
