Snow Mob overtakes tri-town libraries
Feb 7, 2015
Families were treated to a snowy surprise on Saturday when tri-town libraries hosted a Snow Mob.
The event, part of the My Own Backyard grant, featured snowball fights, snow forts, some science and plenty of hot chocolate. The grant is designed to encourage kids and families to explore the local environment.
“I think the spontaneity of this really made it special,” said Library Director Susan Pizzolato. “We had a lot of familiar faces here and some new ones, too. It was a great day for families.”
