ORR students served as Santa’s serenade on Saturday and Sunday of this weekend when Santa, Ms. Claus and one of the elves made a stop at Kenny’s Garden Center and the ORR students sang carols to add to the holiday spirit. 

Despite the freezing temperatures on Dec. 8 and 9, nine students bundled up and sang for three hours under a tent at the garden center to represent the Friends of Old Rochester Music. They performed holiday tunes such as “The First Noel,” but also added less traditional songs, such as Fleet Foxes’ “White Winter Hymnal.”
