'Super Duper Fun Fair' coming to Marion

The First Congregational Church of Marion is holding its annual "Super Duper Summer Fair" on July 29.

The fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the street and on the church grounds at 28 Main Street in Marion.

The Church is currently seeking donations for tables at the fair. Possible donations include silent auction items such as antiques, furniture, art, and gift certificates for goods and services.

Other possible donations include kayaks, canoes, dinghies, usable sports equipment, bikes, golf clubs, tools and garden equipment and plants. Anyone wishing to donate should call Judith Coykendall at 508-972- 2430.

Games, crafts, dunk tank, a putting green, penny candy and more will be available for children.

There will also be home-baked goods available.

Lunch will be served - offers incude lobster rolls and chicken wraps at the Chapel Café. The Sidewalk Grill will offer pulled pork, hot dogs, and hamburgers.
