Six Tabor Academy seniors signed National Letters of Intent on Nov. 12 to play Division 1 athletics next year.

Assistant Director of Athletics Kelly Walker said this was the highest number of athletes to sign in her memory.

“This is very impressive and we are very proud of our student athletes. We thank the coaches and families who have supported each athlete throughout their high school careers,” Walker said to the students, parents and coaches gathered for the signing ceremony.

At the ceremony, faculty, students, coaches, and the athletes and their families gathered to congratulate each other and take pictures.

The student athletes are Jesse Bunting, Fordham University  (basketball); Samantha Davis, Boston University (hockey); Hayden Kilpatrick, Northeastern University (track and field); Sara Kourtesis, University of Alabama (crew); Billy Philpott, UMass (lacrosse); and P.J. Poulin, University of Connecticut (baseball).
