ROCHESTER - The Rochester Council on Aging has an afternoon movie, a day trip and a variety of activities coming up.

Every Tuesday at 9 a.m. stop by the COA to play Scrabble. If board games aren’t your thing, visit the COA on Wednesday at 7 p.m. for a one-hour Zumba class. The cost is $5.

Chair yoga is now offered twice a week due to high demand. Classes will be held Mondays 1:15-2:15 p.m. and on Fridays noon-1 p.m. The cost is a suggest $3 donation.

 On Friday, Sept. 28 the COA will be showing the movie “Suburbicon” at 1:30 p.m. It’s an R-rated thriller starring Julianne Moore and Matt Damon.

 Also on Sept. 28 there is a day trip to the Wachusett Mountain BBQ Fest in Princeton. The festival has a $9 admission charge and there will be food, music, a craft fair and a farmers market. The bus will leave at 8 a.m. and return around 5 p.m. To reserve a spot, call or visit the COA and donate $5.
