The November 8 state election is almost here.

The state has mailed early voting (EV) application postcards to all registered voters who were registered as of Sept. 9.

If a card has not been received, please contact the Town Clerk's Office at 508-748-3502 or at Imagauran@marionma.gov and the town will send an Early Voting Application.

The town has mailed out all absentee and early voting ballots. If one wishes to vote in person, write VOID on the ballot received and discard it or return it to the town office.

The last day to request a vote by mail ballot is Nov. 1 at 5:00 p.m.

The last day to register to vote for the state election is Saturday, Oct. 29.

The Town House at 2 Spring St. will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day or one can register to vote online at www.sec.state.ma.us until 11:59 p.m.

For in-person early voting, visit the Town House on Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., during regular business hours on Monday, Oct. 24 through Friday, Nov. 4, or on Saturday Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All registered voters who haven't already voted by mail but wish to vote early are welcome.

Voting hours for the state election on Nov. 8 are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Benjamin D. Cushing Community Center at 465 Mill St.
