Watch 'Good Will Hunting' at Marion Music Hall

MARION — The Sippican Historical  Society and Marion Council on Aging's"Classic Film Series" begins on Friday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m. with a showing of "Good Will Hunting" at the Music Hall.

In the Massachusetts classic, a young Massachusetts Institute of Technology custodian, Will Hunting, turns out to be a mathematical genius of the first order. However his south Boston background makes it hard for him to break away from a troubled upbringing, and his loyalty to his buddies keeps him fixed in Southie. An MIT math professor, a psychologist and a girlfriend try to their best to save him. Do they succeed? Come and find out.

The event is free and open to the public. Prior to the movie, there will be music played by Truman Terrill, Bob Sanderson and Michele Richardson.
