William Thomas “Bill” Leggett, 79, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, passed away Saturday, Dec. 20. He was born in Wareham and moved to Florida in 2004. He lived for many years in Marion.

Bill served in the Navy Reserve and was a Freemason.

He was the owner and operator of a liquor store and later a meat market.

Bill is survived by his wife, Roberta Ann; son, William T. Leggett III and his wife, Karen; daughter, Melissa Cole and her husband Robert; grandchildren, Sophia and Suzzanne.
