The tri-town police departments will celebrate the annual national Night Out Against Crime, a crime and drug prevention event that hopes to build relationships between residents and local first responders.

The tri-town fire and EMS departments will also be there, as well as the Marion Harbormaster Department and Marion Recreation Department. It is a chance to bring residents, law enforcement, fire departments and EMS agencies to strengthen relationships.

Admission is free and the event will take place at Old Rochester Regional High School from 4:30 to 7 p.m on Aug. 2.
