Construction on the new gas station at the corner of County Road and Route 28 is almost finished in Rochester.

The property is being developed by Colbea Enterprises LLC. Plans for the project were approved two years ago.

The new Shell gas station, Seasons convenience store and Marylou’s coffee shop are slated to open by the end of the month, according to Chris Gerard of Colbea Enterprises.

Workers are finishing construction and waiting on final inspections from town officials and project engineers.
