According to a press release from the Mattapoisett Town Hall, the trees along the sides of  Mattapoisett Village roads, as well as those in proximity of Mattapoisett Village roads will be sprayed for gypsy moth caterpillar infestation this coming Tuesday, June 27, in the pre-dawn morning hours.

Residents are asked to close windows in vehicles near the roadside trees. Residents are also asked to not park vehicles near or under the trees if at all possible on Monday night.
