'Mindfulness nature walk' in Marion on September 23

Need to relax? Missing the sunshine? Catch an end-of-summer mindfulness walk with Jessica Webb, owner of Anchor Yoga & Meditation, and the Buzzards Bay Coalition at East Over Reservation Hales Brook and Sippican River Tracts (285 County Road in Marion) on Saturday, September 23 at 11 a.m.

Through guided mindfulness meditation, participants will experience the outdoors with their senses wide open. All fitness levels are welcome on the free, one-hour walk.

The walk will be conducted at a deliberately slow and mindful pace. Appropriate footwear and layers are encouraged during the walk, however Any digital devices (phones, music players) are discouraged.

This walk is part of a monthly Mindfulness Walk series hosted by Anchor Yoga and the Coalition. The next Mindfulness Walk will take place on Saturday, October 21 at the Tweedy & Barnes Reservation in Wareham.
