The Rochester Police are hosting a community forum about speeding and speed control on Nov 9 at 7 p.m.

The discussion will be held in the cafeteria of Old Colony Regional Vocational Technical High School and will focus on the standards used for controlling speed, understanding what can and cannot be done, resources of the police department and equipment needs, how to submit complaints properly so they can be addressed, concerns of the community and a plan to include evaluation, education and enforcement.
