Drama Club show features screwball comedy, two casts

A screwball comedy is set to appear on Old Rochester's stage, beginning November 18.

The Old Rochester Regional High School Drama Club will be presenting the slap-stick comedy "Noises Off." There's a twist; this play has two different casts.

Cast A features  sophomores Bethany Cabral, Isaac Hartley, Kate Marsden, Elise Mello and Luke Couto, as well as junior Grace Mastroianni and seniors Nick Claudio, Chris Savino, Alice Bednarczyk and Lauren Gonsalves.

Cast B is made up of sophomores Ceci Prefontaine, Paul Kippenberger, Lukas Faulkner, Cuyler Mathieu and Andrew Steele. Also on the playbill are seniors Katie Maclean, Christian Hotte, Jack Roussell, Julia Melloni and Eli Gendreau.

Performances begin on Thursday, November 16, and run through Saturday, November 18 at 7:30 p.m. There will be  a matinee show on Sunday, November 19, at 2 p.m. in the Old Rochester Regional High School auditorium; the school is located at 135 Marion Road (Route 6) in Mattapoisett.

Tickets are $10 for students and seniors and $12 for the general public. They are available at The Pen & Pendulum in Mattapoisett, The Marion General Store in Marion, and Plumb Corner Market in Rochester. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.
