Wareham's Gateway Babe Ruth baseball league, which accepts players from the tri-town, is opening registration for new players.

Players aged 12-16 are eligible to sign up. Visit www.gatewaybaberuth.com to register. The registration deadline is March 1.

More than 35 teams will be competing in the league this spring. There are two levels of competition: Babe Ruth Junior Varsity, and Babe Ruth Varsity.
