MATTAPOSETT — The Friends of the Library are accepting bangles, baubles and bows for their annual Jewelry and Accessory Sale on Nov. 8 and 9.

Donations of jewelry, single earrings, scarves, hats, and purses can be left at the library’s circulation desk during business hours prior to Nov. 8.

The sale opens at the Mattapoisett Public Library with a Friends’ Member-Only Sale on Friday, Nov. 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. The jewelry sale continues for the public on Saturday, Nov. 9 , from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Friends of the Mattapoisett Public Library is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible, and all proceeds benefit the Mattapoisett Free Public Library.
