The Mattapoisett Council on Aging is hosting a Grieving During the Holidays workshop, designed to help people honor their loved ones during the holidays.

Join them for tips and coping skills to help navigate in a healthy way through the holiday season.

In-person workshops are Thursday, Nov. 3 at 9:30 a.m. at the Council on Aging at 17 Barstow St, Monday, Nov. 7 at 6:00 p.m. at the Somerset Public Library at 1464 County St in Somerset, and Thursday, Nov. 10 at 5:00 p.m. at the Fairhaven Council on Aging at 229 Huttleston Ave in Fairhaven.
