Old Rochester Regional High School announces new assistant principal

MATTAPOISETT — Lauren Millette is officially instated as Old Rochester Regional High School’s new assistant principal after serving as interim assistant principal since October 2024.

"I am thrilled to officially take on this challenging position," said Millette. "I'm excited to continue serving the students, families, faculty and staff of the Old Rochester Regional School District and look forward to all that we will accomplish together."

Previously, Millette served as assistant high school principal in the Fairhaven Public Schools and as a freshman dean and teacher at Tabor Academy.

"Lauren has done a great job everywhere she has been in education, and I'm grateful that she will continue working on behalf of our school community," Principal Devoll said.

Superintendent Michael Nelson praised Millette’s work as interim assistant principal.

"Over the past few months, Lauren Millette has proven herself to be an exceptional administrator," said Nelson. "I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in this leadership post."
