Old Rochester Regional High School football ended its season on Thanksgiving Day with a loss to Apponequet Regional High School.

On Thursday, the Bulldogs lost 23-16 in Lakeville. The loss closes out the regular season for Old Rochester, which finished with an overall regular season record of 5-6.

The season started strong with back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs in September, but by October the team was struggling to comeback from a three-game losing streak.

The losses piled up after the team's defeat by Wareham on October 13. The boys defeated Randolph in early November, but lost the subsequent two games of the season.
