Two weeks ago, Old Rochester Regional Junior High School's Red Squad took on the best of the best at the National High School Cheerleading Championship at Disney World in Florida.

Although the girls did not win, the chance to compete was an accomplishment itself considering the squad was only formed this year, said coach Patricia McArdle last week.
